Instagram cross-reposts with watch dealers in SG/HK/Dubai: pilot of 20 partners, limit of 2 reposts per day

Goal. Increase the reach of the UHNW target audience on Instagram through mutual reposts with real watch dealers in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

What needs to be done.

1. Gather and select 60–80 relevant dealer accounts in SG/HK/Dubai. Account requirements: 5k+ followers, live reach and comments, content in the 50k USD+ segment, no replicas or low-level gray market.

2. Verification. Reality check: website, WhatsApp/Telegram on the page, geo-tags, sales history.

3. Negotiations and agreement on cross-repost terms: 1 to 1, no payment, with a tag @company and an active link.

4. Content and schedule. Prepare and agree on a grid of our materials for 14–21 days with a limit of no more than 2 reposts per day.

5. Coordination of partner publications, control of the repost fact, saving stories/posts in the report.

6. Reporting. Maintain a table and weekly summary: who reposted, format, date and time, reach, saves, link clicks, subscriber growth.

Format and deadlines.
– Pilot: 20 active partners in 21 days. After the pilot, scaling up to 50 under a separate supplementary agreement.
– Time zones to consider: SG/HK UTC+8, Dubai UTC+4.
– Our limit: no more than 2 reposts from our side per day.

What we consider successful.
– At least 20 confirmed mutual reposts in the pilot.
– No less than 70% of reposts from accounts with ER ≥ 1.5% on the last 12 posts.
– Total reach from pilot reposts: 200k+ views of stories/posts.
– Accurate reporting and adherence to the limit of 2/day.

Restrictions.
– No paid placements without our written consent.
– No replicas, fakes, pawnshops, buyouts, low-end brands. Only high-end: Patek, AP, RM, FP Journe, Rolex, Bovet, and comparable level.

What we will provide.
– Media pack: 20–30 ready stories and 10 posts, CTA, logo, link.
– Verification checklist and report template in Google Sheets.

What we need from the executor.
– Experience in SMM/outreach in the luxury segment.
– Clear English for negotiations.
– Daily updates and reports.
– Please propose a cost: fixed for the pilot of 20 partners or a rate per confirmed repost.
