The task is clear. I will cover the entire scope: FreePBX on Debian, 3 SIP trunks with 2 channels each, 6 extensions with call waiting and hold, call recording with rotation, fail2ban on SIP ports. I will separately configure DTMF for Vodafone and conduct test calls.
A few questions to start:
Is there SSH + sudo access?
Do operators authenticate via SIP REGISTER or STATIC IP?
Do you configure softphones for users, or is that also on me?

I work with FreePBX/Asterisk on Debian, I have configured it before.
I can set up FreePBX on a clean Debian, configure 3 numbers with 2 channels each, DTMF, call recording, create users, and test the functionality of incoming/outgoing calls.
I will also conduct testing for Vodafone before the main launch and check the operation of the second channel, call hold, and call switching.
