Initially, communication with Ilya was at a high level; he responded quickly to messages and explained clearly what would happen and how. I encountered this field for the first time. In the last week, he did not get in touch on time as agreed, and I had to ask myself what stage we were at. I didn't like that the requirements were not met within the set deadlines. He did not warn that this would be an MVP, not a ready business model solution. After the fact, he said that the model needs 40-45 days for further training, whereas at the beginning, a 1-week estimated timeframe was discussed, which for me meant a completed solution according to the specifications. By the time he mentioned these "45 days," almost 3 weeks had already passed (meaning an additional 6-7 weeks needed to be added). From my side, there were also delays in providing information, but overall they did not exceed 5-6 days.
