700 UAH for such integration, in my opinion, is not enough. A normal working stage is from 6000 UAH and 3 days, if you have a standard Bitrix and access to the New Post cabinet.
We can do not just the creation of the shipping document, but a neat automation - an event in Bitrix, checking the recipient's data, creating the shipping document via the New Post API, recording the number back into the order, and preparing for printing the register. It is important not to save on error handling, otherwise, managers will later have to manually catch incorrect addresses, branches, and statuses =)
I will clarify 2 points:
> Is your Bitrix cloud-based or a boxed version?
> Should the shipping document be created automatically with each order or only after a status change by the manager?

If access to Bitrix and New Post is available, we can start with the minimum stage - creating the shipping document and recording the number in the order. I would separate the printing of the register as a separate item after checking how your process is currently structured.
