Integration of Yandex Metrika with the website

It is necessary for the registration and order placement goals with specific tags (utm_source: meta_ads) to be transmitted via API to our admin panel. Our backend will already be able to process this information. The task for the executor is to set up the transmission of this data to our admin panel. 

In the end, we want to mark in the admin panel the users and orders that came from our advertising campaign (utm_source: meta_ads).
