It is necessary to develop a title page for the catalog of design solutions for the restoration of a residential building after damage caused by the impact of ammunition fragments.
There is ready source material:
- Photograph of the actual building — it must be used as a basis.
- Working engineering project — the solutions provided must be clearly taken into account.
What needs to be obtained
A finished horizontal title page with a realistic architectural visualization of the building.
Important: we do not need a new invented architecture of the building.
It is necessary to preserve the real appearance of the existing building as much as possible, and make changes according to the working construction project.
Main requirements for visualization
1. Projection
The building must be shown:
- strictly in frontal projection;
- without perspective distortion;
- the facade must be read as straight as possible;
- horizontal format.
2. Building
The basis is taken from the real photograph of the existing building, which I will provide.
It is necessary to preserve:
- the real geometry of the building;
- the number of floors;
- the location of windows;
- the location of balconies and their updates;
- the existing architecture of the facade;
- the character of the brickwork;
The building should not look like a new construction.
It must retain the feeling of a real existing residential building after restoration, not a complete reconstruction.
3. Show only the 1st entrance
The title page should show only one entrance, as in my existing design solution.
There is no need to show the entire building.
At the same time, parts of the facade on the left and right can only be present as much as necessary for proper composition.
4. Balconies
Balconies must be recreated according to the construction project.
Important:
- do not invent new balconies;
- do not change their structural scheme;
- do not make all balconies the same if this is not in the project;
- consider the project’s provisions for the restoration of balcony slabs and their finishing.
5. Windows
It is necessary to show the planned replacement/restoration of window blocks as per the project.
Windows must correspond to:
- the existing geometry of the facade;
- the location of openings;
- the solutions of the working project.
6. Entrance group
The entrance group must be made according to the construction project, not inventing your own version.
It is necessary to consider:
- stairs;
- platform;
- fencing;
- canopy;
- doors;
- structural elements of the entrance;
- finishing.
This is fundamentally important: the title visualization must correspond to the architectural solutions of the working project.
7. Coverage in front of the building
❗ Do NOT use paving slabs.
The construction project provides for asphalt concrete coverage.
Therefore, in the visualization:
- there should be no decorative paving;
- there should be no tiles;
- there is no need to create new decorative landscaping.
The coverage should look like asphalt concrete.
8. Landscaping
There is no need to add from yourself:
- new benches;
- bins;
- flower beds;
- decorative lanterns;
- facade lighting;
- decorative elements;
- new trees/shrubs;
- other elements that are not in the project.
The task is to not create a prettier picture, but to show as accurately as possible what is provided by the restoration project.
Important stylistic moment
We do not need the effect of a "new reconstructed building".
It is necessary to preserve the character of the existing building:
existing residential building → professionally restored according to the project.
That is, the facade must look realistic, without excessively perfect new masonry, plastic "gloss," and architectural solutions that are not in the working project.
Materials I will provide to the performer
I will provide:
- a photograph of the existing building;
- the working construction project in PDF;
- the existing version of the title page;
- necessary explanations regarding specific elements.
Before starting work, the performer must familiarize themselves with the construction project.
It is especially necessary to check the drawings and solutions regarding:
- the facade;
- windows;
- balconies;
- entrances;
- entrance groups;
- coverage of the area;
- external structures.
Result
A finished title page file is needed:
horizontal format, suitable for inclusion in a PDF catalog.
It is desirable to receive:
- PDF;
- PNG/JPG in high resolution;
- the editable source file — Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator / another format by agreement.

Preferably a performer with experience in:
- architectural visualization;
- 3D visualization of facades;
- reconstruction of existing buildings;
- working with photography and its architectural processing;
- preparing presentations and architectural catalogs.
Attention to drawings and technical details is essential.
We do not need a person who will just make a beautiful facade. We need a specialist who can read the construction project and transfer its solutions into a realistic visualization.
