Так ціну автор не вказав. Можливо, він вкурсі ринку і цін і у нього бюджет на даний проект 10 000 долларів як мінімум.

ви втомитесь створювати і пиляти усе життя ІМ на ларавель, враховуючи що для готових црм є багато готових рішень. якщо ви дуже великий, гляньте magenta , або класика - опенкарт.

В целом, разработка парсера для такого количества площадок (Copart, IAAI и др.) требует больших затрат сервера, прокси, стандартизация данных и постоянная поддержка. Гораздо эффективнее использовать готовое решение, например auctionsapi com или vehicleapi dev они уже объединяют все крупные автоаукционы мира. Я подключал клиента в США к AuctionsAPI работает отлично, включая историю цен
