Online store on Shopify
Project Brief for Freelancer on Shopify (TinyAura Project)
About the Project
TinyAura is an online store for niche perfume decants for the US market. The task is to not rebuild everything from scratch, but to carefully refine the existing Shopify store to make it structurally and user-friendly closer to microperfumes.com.
1. Work Objective
Make the store visually premium and user-friendly, improve conversion and user journey:
clean, light design in the style of TinyAura (warm beige background, minimalism);
clear path: home → category → product → cart;
focus on "small volumes" / "try before buying a full bottle".
2. Pages to Refine
2.1. Home Page
Tasks:
Rebuild the home page according to the logic of microperfumes.com:
hero banner (brand, USP, button Shop now);
block “How it works” (3 steps) for TinyAura;
blocks Best sellers, New arrivals, Shop by Brand;
promo banner (Free shipping over …, Limited deals, etc.);
trust block: reviews, authenticity guarantee, fast delivery.
Align font styles, button sizes, and margins.
2.2. Categories / Collections
Set up convenient filters: brand, note, gender, format (2/5/10 ml).
Product cards:
photo,
fragrance name,
brand,
available volumes,
price "from $…".
2.3. Product Card
Volume options (2/5/10 ml) as product variants, with automatic price change.
Short description of the fragrance + notes.
Block “Why TinyAura decants?” — why it is beneficial to take decants.
Block “You may also like” (related / upsell).
Integration of a review app and display reviews on the page.
2.4. System Pages
Design in a unified style: About, Shipping & Returns, FAQ, Contact.
Clearly describe shipping within the US (10 days, tracking, etc.).
3. Functionality and Technical Aspects
Set up / refine:
mobile responsiveness (priority);
loading speed (image optimization, sections);
search by brands and names;
promo badges (Bestseller, New, Limited).
Integrations:
pixels Meta / TikTok (via Shopify);
email service (Klaviyo / Omnisend, etc.) — basic pop-ups and email collection.
Basic SEO:
title/description for key pages,
clean URLs,
alt texts for images.
4. Style and Brand
Reference: premium minimalism, like niche perfume brands.
Colors:
background — warm nude / soft beige (approximately hex ~#F4E3D3);
text — dark brown / chocolate;
accents — muted pink-powder (like the drop in the TinyAura logo).
Readable typography, plenty of "air", neat buttons.
5. Requirements for the Freelancer
Experience specifically with Shopify (theme customization, Liquid / Theme editor).
Portfolio of online stores, preferably in the beauty / premium segment.
Ability:
to carefully refine the existing theme without breaking the structure;
to propose their own UX solutions;
to report on tasks briefly and clearly.
6. What Will Be Provided from My Side
Link to the current TinyAura store (Shopify).
TinyAura logo (PNG/SVG) and main colors.
Reference: microperfumes.com.
Texts, photos, and a list of main fragrances.
If needed, I can separately prepare this text as a job posting for Upwork/Fiverr (title, budget, short task description).

673 1 0 Winning proposal10 days500 USDHello!
I am interested in your project. Excellent brief — I looked at the reference microperfumes.com and understand the structure you are aiming for. I am close to the aesthetics of "warm minimalism" (nude/beige palette), which is perfect for niche perfumery.
My approach to your project:
UX and Conversion: I will not just change the colors, but will build the logic of the main page (Hero -> How it works -> Bestsellers) to guide the user towards making a purchase.
Technical part (Shopify/Liquid): I will carefully refine the current theme through code (Liquid/CSS) to maintain the ability to update and not "clutter" the site with unnecessary applications.
…
Mobile is a priority: Considering the niche, 70%+ of traffic will come from phones. I will place a separate emphasis on the convenience of filters and the cart on mobile devices.
Product card: I will implement price changes when selecting volume (2/5/10ml) and add trust blocks (Why TinyAura), as specified in the brief.
I am ready to start with an audit of your current theme. Please send me the link — I will take a look at how complex the structure is right now.

360 10 days600 USDI have over 6 years of experience working with Shopify, including refining existing premium stores, rather than "tearing down and building from scratch" — exactly as described in the TinyAura brief.
The project is very clear and logical to me. I understand that the key points are:
bringing the structure and UX closer to microperfumes.com,
emphasizing the idea of "try before buying a full bottle,"
maintaining a light, premium minimalism and high conversion, especially on mobile.
…
In my daily work, I focus on:
customizing Shopify themes (Liquid, sections, templates) without breaking the existing structure,
improving the user journey (home → collection → product → cart),
optimizing product pages (variants, upsell, reviews, trust elements),
implementing collection filters, promotional labels, and logical grid layouts,
optimizing mobile-first + performance + basic SEO.
In premium projects, I always pay attention to:
consistency in typography, margins, and visual rhythm,
"air" and readability (without overload),
clear value messages (USP, trust, delivery),
aesthetic tailored to niche beauty brands.
I work methodically:
🔹 first, an audit of the current store
🔹 then, UX/structure proposals
🔹 next, implementation in stages with brief progress reporting
I would be happy to suggest my own UX improvements that will genuinely impact conversion, not just "a nice look."
If you value a calm, polished premium effect rather than a quick and chaotic implementation — this project is very close to what I do on a daily basis.
I would gladly familiarize myself with the current TinyAura store and propose a specific work plan.

10 days750 USD
525 10 days750 USDHello,
I’ve reviewed the TinyAura brief and the reference to microperfumes.com — the goal and direction are very clear. This is a refinement project, not a rebuild, and that’s exactly how I would approach it: carefully improving structure, UX, and conversion without breaking the existing Shopify setup.
I can refine the store to feel premium, clean, and conversion-focused, with a smooth journey from home → collection → product → cart, and a strong emphasis on small volumes / try-before-you-buy.
What I’ll handle:
Homepage rebuild (hero, how-it-works, best sellers, brands, trust blocks)
…
Collections with smart filters (brand, notes, volume, gender)
Product pages with volume variants (2/5/10 ml), dynamic pricing, upsells, reviews
Unified system pages (About, Shipping, FAQ, Contact)
Mobile-first optimization and speed improvements
Search, promo badges, and clean product cards
Meta & TikTok pixels, email integration (Klaviyo / Omnisend)
Basic SEO (titles, descriptions, alt texts)
I’m used to working directly with Shopify themes and Liquid, refining existing structures carefully, and proposing UX improvements where it makes sense. Communication is clear and progress reporting is concise.
Happy to review the current TinyAura store and confirm scope, timeline, and cost.

2827 27 0 1 day25 USDHello!
I have over three years of experience in layout and frontend development, as well as four years of Shopify development.
I can refine your store to make it similar to the reference store. I need to take a look at your current website. It might make sense to use a clean free theme if your current one is old or slow. But if another theme is not suitable, I can also refine the current one.
In addition to the theme, I will refine the products, filters, and everything else from your specifications. Should I add products or just set up one product, and you will complete the others based on my example?
