I am looking for a specialist on a permanent basis for the development of 3D models of organizer inserts for tools (Milwaukee Packout system and similar). The main goal is to create ergonomic, precise, and 3D-printable (FDM/PETG) models.
What needs to be done:
Development from scratch: Creating 3D models based on physical measurements of cases and tools
Print optimization: Considering the specifics of 3D printing (avoiding unnecessary supports, correct wall thickness, allowances for plastic shrinkage).
Iterations: Making adjustments after test printing (adjusting the gap for the tool, changing the rigidity of the mounts).
Modification of existing concepts: Creating unique versions based on existing market solutions (without direct copying of files, developing original geometry).
Requirements for the performer:
Proficient in Fusion 360, SolidWorks or Onshape (parametric modeling is mandatory to easily change dimensions).
Understanding the specifics of 3D printing (what "bridging" is, line thickness, fill strength).
Attention to detail (the tool must fit snugly but be easy to remove).
Providing STL (for printing), source files (.STEP or .F3D)
