Going through the existent code and identifying the examples of bad code and concluding the work done was not good, in a form of a full report signed by a person with formal IT qualifications. With examples and showing that bad coding versus hardtop correct (all in English).
Two native apps. One in Swift, the second one in Java. The Java for Android should be the first.
They were written in 2016-2019 and they work only partially and are not modifiable.
That's why we need the code only to be analysed and examples of problems need to be highlighted (for the confirmation the job was done very badly). We don't need the code to be corrected and we don't need reccomendations on how to correct it.
And we would like to to have the possibility to correct the design of the report so that it's very clean as it would serve as an official document.
This work would be be done for my Swiss colleague. I am just helping him find the right person, but he would give all the directions and he would show you examples he already identified since he's quite familiar with the code.
And accessing it on the Mac of my colleague would be the best option.
