We are looking for an assistant for a document service (part-time, remote).
The main task is to assist with client search and online representation.
What needs to be done:
• managing a Telegram channel
• managing an Instagram page
• posting in Telegram groups
• searching for new Telegram / Facebook / WhatsApp groups
• reposting ads
• finding potential clients and leads
• monitoring comments, posts, and requests from people in groups and forums
• monitoring Instagram pages and groups
• reading comments and posts in Telegram / Instagram / forums
• messaging people and offering services for relevant requests
• finding communities and forums
• searching for immigrant communities from CIS countries in the USA
• finding local resources for immigrants and adaptation in New York
• maintaining a leads / clients table
• reminding clients
• publishing Instagram stories and posts
• Canva / simple content design based on ready-made templates, but creativity is welcome
Important:
The main communication with clients, consultations, and sales remain with me.
We are looking for a person:
• organized
• responsible
• able to search for information
• preferably with an understanding of Telegram / Instagram / forums
• knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian is mandatory
• English will be a plus
• Ukraine / CIS
Part-time — about 20 hours a week.
Starting pay — hourly 220 UAH per hour + a percentage from referred clients (5%)
With good results:
• increase hours to full-time (40 hours a week)
• percentage from referred clients (5%)
• possibility of long-term cooperation
It is also important to be available during working hours:
approximately from 16:00 to 23:00 Ukrainian time.
Work will be monitored through daily reports + KPI.
