1. Зависимости в плане фреймворков/библиотек. Мы используем в работе YiiFramework (в проекте v.1.1.4). В качестве JS-библиотеки в проекте используется jQuery. Шаблонизатор - встроен в Yii, по умолчанию.
2. Server requiremenents (for YiiFramework) Вкратце: UNIX-hosting, PHP 5.1 и выше, MySQL 5.0 и выше, Apache 2.0 и выше. Необходимые екстеншены ниже.
3. Требования к сторонним разработчикам (для доработки сайта): * Опыт работы с YiiFramework (возможно паралельное самообучение) * Опыт работы с MySQL * Знание JS/jQuery * Знание ООП, паттернов программирования (в частности, знание MVC - обязательно) * Умение работать с SVN
