Brief overview of the task
You need to develop a service that:
connects to two REST and WebSocket APIs (one "on-chain" platform, one major exchange);
fetches data every few seconds, performs simple calculations, and when a condition is met, sends a market order;
works asynchronously (asyncio), restarts streams on its own, and implements backoff retries on 4xx/5xx errors;
logs actions and metrics, configuration via .env;
deploys in Docker (one container).

Requirements
