Hello! For this task, there are more questions than template phrases, so I will answer honestly.
We currently do not have a case specifically for B2B IT outsourcing in LLM responses — I won't present wishes as reality. However, we have related experience: GEO-adaptation for e-commerce in the Polish market (furniture niche) — structural markup and conversational content for LLM citation. Plus, 15+ years of classic SEO in English-speaking and international markets in an agency.
Here’s how I see the approach to GEO for your niche: LLMs respond to specific, often comparative questions, rather than broad commercial queries. This means the semantics should be built around decision-making scenarios — which hiring model to choose, how much it costs, who it suits, rather than around general commercial phrases. Additionally, the sources that LLMs actually cite for B2B IT (Clutch, GoodFirms, relevant Reddit threads, comparative articles) need to be incorporated into the strategy separately from classic link building.
Examples of queries to build the core around: dedicated development team vs in-house what is cheaper for a startup; best IT staff augmentation companies for a given stack and country; how much does it cost to outsource software development to Eastern Europe.
The price in the application is an estimate for the semantic core for one market. I am ready to have a call for 15-20 minutes to clarify the scope (how many clusters/languages/markets) and finalize the figure.
