I am looking for a BIZDEV in an outsourcing company for project work.
For a young outsourcing company - we need to establish the process of initial sales.
Experience in IT outsourcing / outstaffing is highly desirable
The company helps startups at the post-MVP stage quickly strengthen their technical team. Our clients are founders from around the world who need developers in days, not months. We are at the start, and we are looking for the first commercial person to join the team.
Tasks:
- Processing 5–7 incoming leads per day: qualification, needs assessment, leading to a deal
- Communication with founders and CTOs of startups in English
- Guiding clients through the funnel from first contact to contract
- Feedback to the team: what questions are being asked, where we are losing, what to change
Requirements:
- Experience working in an IT outstaffing/outsourcing company - must-have
- Fluent English (correspondence + calls)
- Understanding of the startup environment (MVP, burn rate, scaling)
- Independence - part-time without micromanagement
