I am looking for an editor for the team.

Hello! I am looking for editors to join the team for editing long videos for an American YouTube channel. I am writing right away as I am just launching the project and cannot pay much; the conditions will be reviewed after monetization.


What I need:
- To edit 2-3 long videos a day. Work is daily, or you can do the work in advance and take breaks as you wish; the main thing is that there are videos for each day! Discipline is important here.
- All materials will be provided
- Do not steal ideas and content

Payment conditions:
Before monetization, $120 per month - fixed rate and 10% of the profits from the channels for which you will be editing videos.
This is suitable for a side job, but not as a main source of income.

There are already 4 channels working, and there are plans to create 100 monetized channels; the volume of work will grow in the future, and earnings will increase.
