I'm looking for an editor for the regular creation of short vertical videos (Reels / Shorts) in the "talking head" format. Niche — AI for business. Content is produced in two languages: French and Spanish.
Volume: ~16 videos per month (8 in French + 8 in Spanish), may be more.
Duration: 30–60 seconds.
Goal of the videos: virality and maximum viewer retention.
What I provide for each video:— Video recording of the avatar (talking head) — Footage and additional photos and video materials — Script in the original language + translation into Russian and English — Reference video (if available)
Tasks of the editor:— Assemble the video from the provided materials (avatar + footage + graphics) — Auto-generate subtitles (CapCut or similar) + manual check against the script — Add transitions, zoom-ins, text highlights, dynamic cuts — Final export: MP4, 1080×1920, 9:16

Requirements:— Portfolio with examples of short vertical videos (Reels / Shorts / TikTok) — Experience with the "talking head" format — preferred — Understanding of retention techniques: hooks, dynamic editing, visual highlights — Editing software is not critical (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci — any) — Knowledge of French/Spanish is NOT required.
