I am looking for a beginner/student to create 2D animation (traffic rules) as part of a long-term, budget project.

Goal: Educational content for beginner drivers (parking rules, overtaking, intersections, etc.).

Animation Requirements:

• Style: As simplified, primitive, template-like as possible. The use of ready-made stock/vector elements (cars, roads, signs) is allowed.

• Complexity: Exclusively simple movements (moving objects along a trajectory, minimal number of frames). No complex scenes, unique character drawings, or complex infographics are required.

• Material: The performer finds or draws simple, template-like elements (cars, backgrounds, signs) independently.

• Additional materials: Only animation is required. Music and voiceover are not required.

• Delivery format: MP4 video file (Full HD 1920x1080).
  
  

Scope of Work and Conditions:

• Duration of one video: From 1 minute.

• Total volume: Long-term cooperation, about 30 videos planned and more.

• Payment: 10 USD per 1 minute of finished animation. Payment is made for each video after its review.

• Script/Text: The script and text for each video (what and how should move) will be provided by the client. The performer is only required to animate according to the provided specifications.
