Hello!
I am looking for an operator with their own equipment to shoot cooking videos without showing faces for YouTube. Here is an example of what needs to be filmed: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LBwCvEDxytYRRl_nL8SQSgjC98VZbqsA/view?usp=sharing
What needs to be done:
Cook dishes, mainly desserts, according to specified recipes.
Record the cooking process from multiple angles (can be with one camera, but changing the angle depending on the stage).
Rename the original files, giving them clear and logical names.
Editing is not required.
What is important:
Most importantly, the dish should look properly cooked, neat, and appetizing. This applies to intermediate stages: dough, cream, glaze, etc.
Movements in the frame should be natural, neat, and confident.
Live sound of the cooking process should be recorded, so there should be no extraneous noises during filming.
What equipment is needed:
Minimum set — a budget 4K video camera, such as Sony ZV-E10, and a decent lens. Smartphones are not suitable.
Preferably — a directional microphone for sound recording. Not mandatory, but welcome.
Preferably — artificial lighting. Natural light can be used, but the image quality should be stable.
Conditions:
All related expenses — ingredients, dishes, and others — will be covered by me.
It is necessary to shoot at least 4 videos per month, preferably 8–10.
In your response, please specify:
Assess the workload objectively. In my experience, it takes half a day to a day to understand the recipe and then cook the dish properly and beautifully on camera. Filming usually takes two days, as it’s not always possible to prepare everything as needed on the first try — sometimes you have to cook again.
