Looking for an SMM creative specialist for promotion on Reels and TikTok

Hello! I just opened my business and I'm looking for a creative person to create video content. I want to find a girl who can shoot original and engaging videos, as well as offer her ideas for promotion.

Requirements:

• Development and shooting of 3 videos for Reels and TikTok (it can also be without editing, just a "dry" recording, in general, details can be discussed).
• Creative ideas for content (not necessarily in the field of programming, but it would be a plus if you have a basic understanding of computers and Python).
• Ability to accept and develop ideas, both mine and yours.
• Content style: entertaining and useful (I want to combine entertainment with education and useful information).

Collaboration goals:
