Looking for a specialist in YouTube channel development / promotion / Shorts editing
I'm looking for one specialist, specifically a freelancer/individual, not a company or agency, who understands YouTube well and can help fully develop my YouTube channel.
I need a person who can not just "advise something," but really become the driving force behind the channel's development: analyze the current situation, understand the niche, audience, content, design, videos, Shorts/Reels, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, viewer retention, and provide a clear action plan.
What needs to be done:
— conduct an analysis of the YouTube channel;
— suggest what is currently done correctly and what needs improvement;

— develop ideas for videos and Shorts;
— if necessary, edit Shorts/Reels from existing materials;
