Perhaps it would be better not to redo the template but to switch to a new one altogether. There may be gaps in SEO and Security; has OWASP conducted an analysis of the site?
I would take it for further development, but I would like to take a look at the site itself.

If we keep the current template, I could improve not only the appearance of the site and the layout but also the internal environment (i.e., the display and functionality of the template's admin panel).
