Jira Administrator / Automation Specialist
Trident — a Ukrainian company that develops product and affiliate directions. Currently, we are looking for a freelancer Jira Manager / Jira Administrator who will help quickly set up and optimize the Jira flow for our teams.
Project tasks:
Set up and optimize the workflow on 3 Jira boards (not from scratch)
Create and implement ~10 automation rules based on the provided specifications
Set up synchronization between boards/projects
Assist in selecting optimal plugins and widgets for our needs and configure them
Perform technical settings in Jira:
custom fields
filters
permissions
issue types
schemes
Ensure stable and correct operation of the created automations
Required skills:
Deep knowledge of Jira (Cloud or Server/Data Center)
Experience in creating and maintaining Jira Automation rules
Practical experience with workflow schemes and transitions
Understanding of linking tickets between projects
Knowledge of permissions, roles, and project configuration
Ability to configure custom fields and their validation
Familiarity with Jira Marketplace and popular plugins
Experience in creating dashboards and working with widgets
