Then I will safely switch the NS, check the website, email, and services, set up and confirm Google Workspace, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC if needed. I have experience with DNS, Cloudflare, and email records. Are there any non-standard subdomains or third-party services that are not visible from the public DNS?

Transferring DNS: I am removing the current A/AAAA/CNAME/MX/TXT/SRV records using dig and services like Cloudflare API/whatsmydns to get a complete picture of the active zone, without relying on access to the old account.

I recreate the zone in the new Cloudflare 1 to 1, check the resolving before changing the NS, and only then switch the nameservers in GoDaddy. I will separately configure TXT/CNAME/MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC for Google Workspace verification.
