    На образец посмотрите и ответьте себе - много ума надо сверстать (читайте - найти подходящий шаблое) из 8 блоков на главной и запилить единообразный шаблон для внутренних? Практически без какого-либо функционала? Я считаю - нет.

    Рабство когда вешают работу не оговоренную, если есть исполнители работать за такой бюджет в рамках договоренности, какое же это рабство, это конкуренция и опыт для работника, у профессионалов в принципе не всегда есть нужда в фриланс бирже. Хотя каждый имеет право на свое мнение, также кто то может делать данный проект 2 недели кто то 2 дня. Понятно что и оценка будет разной для каждого, для одного быстрые деньги для другого рабство.
