Junior/Middle SEO for outsourcing technical tasks

I manage several client projects in Western markets (mainly English and German-speaking websites). Due to the increase in workload, I am looking for a reliable specialist at the Junior+ or Middle level to whom I can delegate a pool of technical tasks for outsourcing.

The goal is to find a person for long-term cooperation who will take on the technical part of the work, freeing up my time for strategy and client work.

Main tasks to be delegated:

• Conducting technical audits: Regular analysis of websites according to a checklist (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GSC, etc.).

• Working with indexing: Analyzing Google Search Console, creating/correcting robots.txt, sitemap.xml.

• Optimizing loading speed: Analyzing Core Web Vitals, identifying problems, and creating technical specifications for developers.

• Technical optimization: Finding and fixing broken links, setting up redirects (301, 302), checking and implementing canonical/hreflang.

• Microdata: Auditing existing and implementing new Schema.org markup (Article, Product, FAQ, Breadcrumbs, etc.).

• Analyzing internal linking: Recommendations for improving structure.

• Competitor analysis: Technical analysis of top websites, identifying their strengths and weaknesses.

• Creating technical specifications: Clear task setting for developers and copywriters to address identified issues.

• Reporting: (Periodically) Assisting in preparing technical sections for monthly reports.

Requirements for the candidate:

Hard Skills (Mandatory):

1. Experience in SEO: From 1.5-2 years. You should clearly understand how search engines work.

2. Technical SEO: Deep understanding of crawling, indexing, and rendering processes. You are not afraid of the terms "crawl budget" or "Lighthouse".

3. Tools (Must Have):

   • Screaming Frog is your main working tool.

   • Google Search Console / Google Analytics fluent proficiency.

   • Ahrefs (or Semrush) at the level of competitor analysis, backlink profile, and site audit.

4. English language (B1/B2 and above): You should be able to read technical documentation fluently, understand tool interfaces, and analyze English-language SERP. All work will be conducted with websites in English and German.

5. Ability to create technical specifications: Ability to clearly and understandably explain to the developer what needs to be fixed (for example, "Set up a 301 redirect from URL_A to URL_B", not "fix the site").

Soft Skills (Important):

• Attention to detail: Technical SEO does not forgive mistakes.

• Responsibility and meeting deadlines: I delegate tasks so that I do not have to check them 10 times.

• Proactivity: If you see a problem that I haven't noticed, you speak up about it.

Would be a big plus:

• German language: Knowledge at any level (even basic) will be a huge advantage.

• Experience with WordPress: Understanding of structure, plugins (Yoast, RankMath).

• Experience with other CMS (Shopify, Modx, Typo3, Webflow, etc.).

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
