How to send USDT (with memo), receive USDT balance, get the last 20 transactions - in the TON network.

Hello everyone. Implement requests in the TON network. Use only Python, these requests should be from the blockchain (not from exchanges).

Need to create 4 functions:

1. How to create an address in the TON network,
2. How to send USDT (with memo) in the TON network, 
3. How to get the USDT balance in the TON network, 
4. How to get the last 20 transactions in the TON network.

There are  libraries but how to apply them to solve my questions:

tonapi

from pytonapi import Tonapi

from pytoniq.client import TonClient

from pytoniq.transport import AdnlTransport

from TonTools import *

and so on 

many different ones but some do not install and some I do not know how to implement.

Привет всем. Запросы в сети TON реализовать. Использовать только Python, эти запросы должны быть с блокчейна (не с бирж).

Нужно 4 функции сделать:

1. Как создать адрес в сети TON,
2. Как отправить USDT (с мемо) в сети TON, 
3. Как получить баланс USDT в сети TON, 
4. Как получить последние 20 транзакций в сети TON.

Есть  библиотеки но как их применить чтоб решить мои вопросы:
