We expect from the candidate:
- project management experience of 2 to 3 years (in commercial and residential projects);
- higher education (construction, engineering, architecture, or related fields);
- ability to read drawings and project documentation;
- skills in budgeting and cost control;
- knowledge of current building codes and regulations;
- communication skills, responsibility, and excellent organizational skills.
Main responsibilities:
- visit project sites;
- manage the project from start to completion;
- ensure project compliance with style, budget, and deadlines;
- support permitting documentation, interact with regulatory authorities;
- prepare reports for management;
- quickly resolve current issues on site.
