Comprehensive B2B marketing and systematic lead generation on LinkedIn (Niche: RWA / Commercial real estate

We are looking for a high-class contractor (Lead Generation manager, top freelancer, or agency) for long-term cooperation. Our project focuses on the tokenization of real assets (RWA) with a primary focus on commercial real estate in the UK and Spain.

Our target audience (ICP) includes developers, owners of large properties, investment directors, fund managers, and Family Offices in London and Barcelona.

⚠️ CRITICALLY IMPORTANT: We do not need classic SMM or mass spam. We are looking for an expert with a deep understanding of LinkedIn's architecture and algorithms. The entire lead generation process and trust-building (Due Diligence) is tied to this platform. If you can only work on LinkedIn by sending template "cold" messages — please do not waste your time or ours.

What needs to be done: The project is divided into two parallel branches:

1. Performance: Building a "turnkey" lead generation system through LinkedIn Outreach and LinkedIn Ads. The goal by the 3rd month is a stable 4–6 SQL per month.

2. Social Proof: White-Hat development of the founder's personal brand and the company page on LinkedIn and Instagram. Organic growth through valuable content. No bots or gray boosts.

Requirements for LinkedIn expertise (Mandatory):

• Professional Outreach & Social Selling: Ability to gather and validate clean databases of decision-makers. Knowledge of platform limits, account warming mechanics, and bypassing restrictions without the risk of bans. Experience in building chains of 5–7 native touches that convert into Discovery calls.

• LinkedIn Ads (Account-Based Marketing): Experience in setting up complex campaigns for narrow audiences (based on company lists and specific positions). Proper distribution between cold traffic (Lead Gen Forms, Document Ads) and smart retargeting (40% of the budget) for warming up the database.

• "Language of Capital": Understanding how to position the project for the institutional market. Focus on ROI, liquidity, fractional ownership, rather than technical Web3 terms.

Other requirements:

• English language level C1-C2 (Advanced/Proficient): All communication, content, offers, and correspondence are conducted exclusively in English.

• Portfolio/Cases: Availability of confirmed successful lead generation cases in B2B, TradFi, Fintech, or premium commercial real estate sectors.

• Design: Willingness to work within our unique visual aesthetic (refusal of stock photos, transition to technical graphics, architectural sketches, and blueprint diagrams).
