Since we are at the beginning of our creation, we need task execution strictly on order, and payment will also be made only for completed work, without a monthly salary.
We also need specialists who can help with fabric selection for specific clothing models and participate in all processes of model creation alongside the owners.
What you will do:
Develop patterns, assist in fabric selection, and control the sewing process of samples for street wear and sportswear collections.
- Create prototypes and collaborate with production to bring ideas to life.
- Monitor the quality and compliance of products with design concepts.
- Make suggestions for improving styles, materials, and sewing technologies.
- Work closely with young owners and build a story together.
What we expect from you:
- Experience as a clothing designer for at least 2 years in a similar position (especially valuing experience in the street or sports fashion segment), preferably with a personal portfolio.
- Aged between 25 and 45 years
- Ability to work with CAD-type programs, patterns, drawings, and technical cards.
- Desire to develop, experiment
and implement new ideas. - Responsibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work full-time to achieve common goals.
What we offer:
Competitive salary in the range of 30,000 — 50,000 UAH, depending on results/volume of completed work.
