We are currently looking for an experienced consultant in conversational artificial intelligence with deep knowledge of the Cognigy platform, as well as automation and digitalization of dialogues. Responsibilities include: consulting and implementing conversational AI solutions using Cognigy; developing, configuring, and modeling voice and chatbots; automating and digitalizing customer interactions; creating requirements for conversational AI projects; integrating large language models (LLM) to optimize dialogue flows; configuring and training AI models for specific use cases; closely collaborating with internal and external teams to optimize the conversational AI strategy; creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a conversational AI consultant; deep knowledge of the Cognigy platform; experience in developing and optimizing voice and chatbots; practical knowledge of automation and digitalization of dialogues; knowledge of LLM and AI-based dialogue models; experience in creating requirements and specifications.
