We are looking for specialists in managing personal and corporate pages on LinkedIn. We need a person who has at least 2 years of practical experience (commercial management, as an agency or freelancer) in the US / UK market.
1. You are suitable for us if in the last quarter you personally wrote 50+ posts for a company / brand / person (or several, in total) for LinkedIn and continue to actively manage this page (or several pages simultaneously).
It is important for us that you have a complete understanding of how to properly build the logic of working with the audience, what ICP is, what SMM strategy, Tone of Voice, CJM are - why all this is needed and how to use it correctly (and effectively).
2. You are suitable for us if you can demonstrate results of your work with examples, provide examples of published posts and the results they achieved.
3. You are suitable for us if you can respond in chat more often than once a day and do not disappear 20 seconds after replying to a message.
Your task:
Act as a user who has come to the service for generating LinkedIn posts, behave naturally, providing as complete feedback as possible.
Interaction format:
1) Welcome call, introduction and preparatory work (up to 20 minutes).
2) Create a shared chat for quick communication.
3) Work asynchronously, but promptly (correspondence + work with texts, evaluation, feedback formation).
Context:
Currently, for our project: m1-project.com, we are developing additional functionality that will allow users to receive a draft post for LinkedIn that is 90% ready for any business, according to ICP (its goals, pains, problems, fears, triggers, etc.), based on an SMM strategy.
Work algorithm (all information is sequentially coordinated with you in real-time):
1) An account is created for the specified business, filled with details about the business.
2) An ICP is created for the business.
3) An SMM strategy is created for the ICP.
4) Based on the available data, WE formulate hooks.
5) You select 3-5 hooks that you like.
6) We create posts based on these 3-5 hooks.
7) You review and evaluate these posts according to a checklist and provide feedback on quality, match with input data, etc.
8) You publish the post as part of an experiment (if you agree and it suits you) on one of the active pages you manage (for which the post will be created).
9) We generate hooks and the next batch of posts and repeat steps 1-8 until 3 out of 5 drafts are suitable enough to be posted from the page without (or almost without) editing — and you are ready to do this on your project without "but" or "overall I would post, but I won't for now".
Payment is discussed individually during the welcome call if we are a good fit for each other.
