We are looking for a Notion specialist for consultation or setup.
We are a niche marketing agency and are looking for a way to automate task management using the Notion system. The system is not very intuitive, but it is very functional, so we would like to know if it is possible to set up what we need in it or if we should look for another system.
What we would like to see:
1. Automatic tracking of tasks across multiple projects in the executor's tab, and easy creation of tasks across different projects for one executor
2. A general template with a calendar or progress for all tasks, and a summary of tasks for the day, week, month for all executors (preferably visually)
3. Boards that can be made accessible to clients within the account
