Initially, the customer gave false information about the performance indicators of his project (claimed that his current advertising campaign had an ROI of 200%). Based on these data, an agreement was reached that a new advertising campaign would be developed from my side, which would have a ROI of 300%, and upon reaching this result, payment was guaranteed. However, after setting up e-commerce and setting goals in analytics, it turned out that the conversion rate of the customer's site is about 0.5%, and the previous advertising campaign was completely unprofitable. Also, on the part of the customer, the terms for finalizing the site were delayed by 2 weeks, and therefore it was not possible to launch the RK on the agreed date (although the settings were made right on time). Nevertheless, even with such a low site conversion, we managed to eventually bring the effectiveness of the advertising campaign to 200%. I recommend working with this customer only after 100% prepayment.
