What needs to be done:
daily search and analysis of viral Reels in my niche;
finding interesting ideas, formats, and references;
assistance in developing scripts based on my voice messages and ideas;
editing Reels with a dynamic pace, attention retention, subtitles, and modern design;
preparing covers and descriptions;
analyzing video statistics and suggesting improvements;
preferably — ability to work with AI tools.
It would be a big plus:
experience in developing personal brands;
understanding of Instagram algorithms;
sense of dynamics and storytelling;
initiative — if you can offer ideas, not just execute tasks.
