Content manager for a psychologist blogger
Briefly about us:
We are a team of a well-known blogger-psychologist, who is an expert in the field of self-esteem, women's finances, and relationships with men. We are looking for a creative and experienced content manager who will help convey important ideas to our audience and create content within the approved marketing strategy.
What you will need to do:
Content planning:
Develop a content plan for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram channel).
Generate ideas for posts, stories, reels, and videos, considering the blog's themes.
Distribute already shot and written content across different channels so that they complement each other according to the marketing strategy.
Writing and editing:
Prepare texts for reels and stories on Instagram, messages in the Telegram channel, chatbots, email newsletters, and bot newsletters according to the strategy.
Rewrite texts from YouTube videos after their transcription.
Rewrite texts from videos of other experts (TikTok, YouTube, reels) that align with our vision of the topics.
Edit materials to enhance readability and ensure compliance with tone of voice.
Check and assist in editing content created by other performers (if necessary).
Working with multimedia:
Create and design posts, stories, and other visual materials (using Canva or similar tools).
Prepare scripts for videos on TikTok and YouTube (if necessary).
Format email letters and messages in chatbots through Sendpulse (we will teach you if needed).
Write texts for chains in selling Instagram and Telegram bots according to the strategy.
Analysis and optimization:
Monitor the effectiveness of publications (reach, engagement, clicks) — may be needed in the future.
Improve content (adding call-to-action, optimizing publication time, etc.).
Understand promotion algorithms in social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Interaction with subscribers:
Track trends in social networks and propose ideas for their implementation.
Participate in strategic sessions of the team together with the blogger, marketers, and project manager.
What skills and qualities we are looking for:
Experience in SMM or content management (working with expert content in psychology is an advantage).
Ability to create engaging storytelling that integrates with reels and posts.
Literacy, creativity, ability to write interestingly in Ukrainian and Russian.
Skills in graphic editors (Canva, Figma, or others).
Skills in formatting email letters and working with bot builders (we will teach you if needed).
Understanding the principles of social networks, algorithms, and trends.
Responsibility, initiative, meticulousness, punctuality.
Willingness to work in a dynamic team and adapt to changes.
Ability to work overtime during product launches (rarely, but you need to be ready).
Full-time work, but remotely.
