We are looking for a person who will manage an additional community channel in the fitness theme for a fitness trainer brand. This is not the main sales channel, but a space for audience support, communication, and regular useful content as a supplement to the topic of healthy eating recipes.
What needs to be done:
- manage the channel on a regular basis;
- create a content plan together with an expert;
- suggest topics for content within fitness, sports, active lifestyle, motivation, habits, nutrition;
- organize content release approximately 2–3 posts per week;
- work with different formats:
- voice messages from the trainer,
- voice messages,
- text posts,
- design and publication of materials in the group;
- help maintain activity in the community;
- respond in the group and support a friendly, lively atmosphere;
- interact with the trainer's assistant, who will also be present in the group and help with responses.
What the work process looks like:
An expert is given a content plan and a topic is chosen. Then the expert records a voice message or voice note, after which it is necessary to:
- collect the material,
- adapt it into an understandable and interesting format,
- design the post,
- publish it in the group,
- ensure regularity and overall quality of channel management.
What is important for us:
- mandatory experience in fitness / sports / wellness topics;
- understanding the specifics of the fitness trainer's audience;
- ability to work with a lively, informal, friendly tone;
- skill in packaging voice and video formats into structured content;
- responsibility, systematic approach, sense of style and community atmosphere;
- experience managing Telegram channels / groups / communities.
Additionally:
The project owner is Ukrainian, but the channel will most likely be conducted in Russian, so it is important to work comfortably with Russian-speaking content.
