Content creator / Reels editor for personal brand (Instagram)

I am looking for a creative specialist who can help develop my personal brand through short videos.

I will regularly send you video materials (shoots, thoughts, business content, life, behind the scenes), and your task will be to transform them into dynamic and engaging Reels that people want to watch until the end and share.

What needs to be done:

• edit short videos for Instagram Reels;
• come up with strong "hooks" (the first seconds of the video);
• write catchy titles and text inserts;
• add subtitles;
• use modern dynamic editing;
• keep an eye on trends and suggest your own ideas;
• select music, sound effects, and visual accents as needed.

Who I am looking for:

• a person with a good sense of style;
• someone who understands Instagram algorithms;
• who knows how to capture the viewer's attention from the first seconds;
• who is not afraid to suggest their own ideas, rather than just following the brief;
• a responsible performer who meets deadlines.

It would be a big plus:

• experience working with personal brands or entrepreneurs;
• understanding of business topics;
• a portfolio of Reels or TikTok with good views.

I plan to have a long-term collaboration.

I will send videos almost every day or several times a week. I would like to find someone who will become part of the team and help systematically develop the personal brand.
