Project Coordinator / PM for IT project (freelance)

📌 Main Tasks:

• Remind and encourage freelancers (backend developers, frontend developers, designer) on tasks in the project

• Manage backlog, monitor the overall picture of the project

• Be responsible for communication and synchronization between participants (for example, schedule a call, or if unable to call — request data from one and pass it to another)

🎯 Requirements:

• Experience as PM / coordinator / team lead for at least 2 years

• Technical background is mandatory (knowledge of: .NET, Next.js, full-stack development will be a plus)

• Ability to properly structure processes and keep everything in mind

• Ability to quickly grasp details and find points of agreement between developers

• Experience working with systems like Trello / Jira / Notion / Linear

🕒 Format and Payment:

• Remote work, part-time (1-2 hours per day, excluding weekends)
