Correction of print templates for SRM, Jrxml source file format (.jrxml)

Objectively, before starting work, it was agreed that the specialist had worked with similar templates but not these. Also, technical support from the CRM system (for which templates needed to be created) took a very long time to respond, and some issues that CRM system representatives had previously said were implementable turned out to be not implementable in fact. The specialist responded quickly, within one day, so there are no issues there. But towards the end, there was a proposal to replace some unimplementable templates with one implementable one, + to finish the layout where possible and close the project. But there has been no communication from the specialist for 2 weeks. Overall, I wouldn't say that my feedback is entirely negative, it's just how things turned out in general.
