Technical Task for Crowd / Outreach Placement
1. Purpose
Placement of external links on relevant platforms to promote the project in the niche of logical online games while adhering to the quality requirements of donors, languages, geography, types of links, and natural placements.
2. Main Parameters
Niche / Theme:
logical online game
Minimum Donor Metrics:
- DR from 10
- organic traffic from 50+
Indexing:
The placement page and the links on it must be accessible for Google indexing.
3. Geography and Language Distribution
A roughly even distribution of placements is required among the following groups of platforms:
- Spain (specifically Spanish sites, not Latin America)
- Italy
- France
- Germany
- other European countries (excluding Ukraine and Russian-speaking)
- Japan, Korea, China
- English-speaking countries (no more than 20%)
Restrictions on English-speaking placements:
English-speaking resources or English-speaking placements must constitute no more than 20% of the total.
Language Compliance:
Placements are to be made only in those languages supported by the accepting site, excluding Ukrainian and Russian.
If the platform is local, it is necessary to use the appropriate language version of the target page.
4. Types and Format of Links
Allowed:
Minimum share of dofollow:
at least 50% of all placements.
Not allowed:
- redirect links
- inactive links
- links that are technically inaccessible for transition
Exception:
individual placements on large popular UGC platforms may be agreed upon, even if the format there is specific, for example:
- Facebook
- Threads
- Quora
- Reddit
But only on the condition that it is indeed a live, relevant, and useful platform.
5. Rules for Working with Anchors
Refer to the table with the columns Type Anchor and Key / Anchor.
If Type Anchor = keys
It is mandatory to use the exact link text specified in Key / Anchor.
If Type Anchor = url
Links can be formatted as:
- URL
- site / brand name
- neutral word
But at the same time:
- the key from Key / Anchor must be used very close to the link
- preferably, the key should also appear in the title of the topic, post, or discussion
6. Allowed Formats for Placements
Can use:
- new topics on forums
- responses in existing topics
- comments under news, articles, or posts of a similar theme
- posts on blog platforms
- profiles, but only if a meaningful description can be added near the URL
It is necessary to ensure variety of placement types and not reduce all work to one format.
7. Requirements for New Topics and Posts
When creating new topics:
- titles must be natural, understandable, and relevant to the topic
- titles must differ from each other
- the title should not consist of one word
- preferably, it should be close to the target key, but without template and spam
It is necessary to avoid primitive and artificial names like:
- “Game Italy”
- “Puzzle game France”
- “Wedding photographers Italy”
and other mechanical constructions with key and geo.
8. Behavioral Requirements for Forums and UGC
If the performer creates a new topic, the next message cannot be left immediately.
The pause between the starting message and the next response must be at least 10-30 minutes.
Placement must look natural, not like an artificially generated chain of messages.
9. Content Requirements Around the Link
For each placement, it is necessary to prepare unique text.
Not allowed:
- repetition of the same text near the link
- mass copying of identical formulations
- template inserts without adaptation to the context of the platform
The text must be:
- natural
- relevant to the topic of the page
- appropriate for the specific format
- written in the language of the respective resource or in English, if allowed by the geo-distribution rules
10. Quality of Platforms and Anti-Spam Filter
Before placement, it is mandatory to assess the quality of the page and thread.
Do not use:
- clearly spammed forums or threads
- comment threads where there are already 10+ external links
- pages where there is at least one link to gray or dubious topics
- platforms with artificial activity, spammy profiles, or obvious link spam
11. Stoplist / BL
The performer is obliged to check platforms against the provided BL / stoplist.
Platforms from the stoplist are not to be used under any circumstances.
