Creative Designer for Instagram YBC HUMAN
We are looking for a designer who will take responsibility for the ready visual presentation of Instagram YBC HUMAN: from selecting strong live photographs and ideas — to processing, designing, and ready publication.
YBC HUMAN is a business festival for Ukrainian entrepreneurs, which will take place September 18–20, 2026, in Protaras, Cyprus.
At the center of our communication are people: their business, experience, character, passions, requests, and stories. We want Instagram to look like a modern media outlet about strong entrepreneurs, not just a set of typical posters.
What Needs to Be Done (Permanent Work)
independently review materials and select the strongest photographs;
suggest publication formats;
create covers, carousels, and individual posts;
work with composition, color, light, retouching, and short text;
if necessary, use artificial intelligence to enhance real shots;
preserve the true faces, age, body, emotions, and natural texture of people;
combine all publications into one recognizable visual system;
independently bring each work to a finished result.
We need not just a template executor who needs to be explained the placement of each element. We are looking for a person with a strong visual taste who can analyze materials, propose solutions, and implement them independently.
It is critically important to have a professional level of work with AI in generation and post-processing.
You need to be able to:
- adjust individual projects to tasks and maintain a unified style;
- capture the appearance and recognizability of specific people;
- create series of new shots with the same heroes;
- repeat the approved style in different publications and formats;
- combine AI with real photographs without changing facial features, age, and natural appearance;
- enhance shots of already existing real photographs.
Start of Collaboration
The first stage is to create 2–3 ready templates.
We will provide:
Your task is to independently analyze the materials, select appropriate formats, and show what the further visual presentation of YBC HUMAN should look like.
This can include:
a carousel about a speaker;
the story of an entrepreneur through their passion;
a joint publication with a festival participant.
After a successful first stage, we will consider ongoing collaboration.
We Will Not Accept
work only based on detailed step-by-step tasks;
identical templates without working with content;
plastic faces after processing;
completely artificial images instead of live photographs;
typical presentations of "successful success";
a person who can come up with an idea but cannot implement it independently.
What to Send in Your Response
Three works that are closest to our task.
An example of your work with AI, post-processing, where you selected a shot, a person, an emotion that conveys the essence of the product.
Project Price, as an example, is described. The project is ready to pay from 1000 to 100000 UAH to the performer, depending on your skills, abilities, and experience.
The volume of work depends on your productivity and skills. Besides you, there are about 5 other people on the team; I am looking for additional specialists.

20+ storytelling pieces per week
7 Instagram posts (including carousels about 30+ ready images)
30+ static creatives per week for advertising
Additional materials (websites, presentations, guides, festival details) - about 200+ pages if we count PDF as a page.

An example of a photograph before and after your AI generation.
What tools you work with in AI and what your level is (not just the tool, but specifically what you can definitely do. Example: "I can build a style of shots in Moodboard through Krea and then maintain a unified photo style for different tasks.
What payment system we can work with and how I can initially understand that you can fully execute this project according to the specified parameters, as everything is still built on subjective vision.
