Currently, we are looking for a Purchasing Manager.
We offer to focus on:
- Forming and placing planned/unplanned orders with suppliers.
- Tracking the fulfillment of orders by suppliers.
- Organizing timely and uninterrupted deliveries.
- Coordinating actions with customs brokers.
- Controlling and submitting payment requests.
- Monitoring compliance with terms from suppliers.
- Ensuring the most favorable purchasing conditions.
- Placing and processing orders from the sales department.
- Creating and maintaining nomenclature by product group.
- Ensuring document flow between the customer and the supplier.
- Controlling inventory levels and their timely replenishment.
- Maintaining document flow with suppliers.
What is important to us:
- Experience in the position of Foreign Economic Activity Manager/Purchasing Manager for at least 2 years.
- Skills in conducting effective negotiations.
- English language proficiency at B1+ level.
- Experience in improving commercial terms from suppliers.
- Analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail, organization, and focus.
