Purchase of external links

I am looking for a freelancer for regular placement of external links. The website is informational: travel, cities, countries, history, culture, educational content (edutainment). Not commercial.
Links should only be placed where they look like a relevant recommendation to read the material: discussions about travels, specific cities and countries, culture, history, questions like "what to read / where to learn more".

I need a person who can work carefully and understands the difference between natural mentions and spam.

The work format is as follows: every month a package of links is purchased (on average 7–10 pieces), which need to be placed within a few days. Then the collaboration repeats every month if everything meets the quality standards.

I am specifically interested in manual placements on live platforms — discussions, comments, replies in threads where the link looks appropriate and logically fits into the text.

I will provide anchors. Commercial or aggressive wording is not used.

After completion, a simple report is needed: links, anchor, and date of placement.

I am looking for a performer on a permanent basis. It is important that you already have experience in this specific format of placement and understand how to do it naturally, without harming the site.
