The work was delayed until 07.03 with a huge number of comments, ranging from design to plagiarism in the first section (there are links in the text, from which abstract the information was taken). And each time, assurances that there is no need to worry, everything will be done. Ultimately, the freelancer delayed until 13.03. Again, a huge number of comments that are listed, but instead of eliminating them, the freelancer resets the original version again and again. Despite the fact that everything is already written on the points, what to do.
