Course project on heat exchangers: Calculation of a shell-and-tube heat exchanger (sugar solution)

The course project needs to be completed.

Project topic: Project of a shell-and-tube heat exchanger for heating sugar solution with steam.

The initial data is in the screenshot attached.

What needs to be done (Scope of work):

1. Explanatory note (Word, in Ukrainian): Complete calculation of the apparatus (Thermal balance, Structural calculation — determining area, number of tubes, shell diameter, Hydraulic calculation, Insulation calculation). I provide the structure and an example of the calculation (as a "fish") in the attached file.

2. Graphic part (AutoCAD, .dwg format): Drawing of the general view of the heat exchanger with specifications.

Note: If you have a ready calculation in Mathcad/Excel and a drawing base, you can simply adapt them to my figures. The main thing is the correct formatting.
