11 USD We are looking for a person who understands design a little better than an average military personnel, has the desire to contribute to the development of military education in Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine in general.
What exactly needs to be done and for what purposes will the work be used?
The work will be used for educational purposes, an introductory page for future cadets of the Military Institute, encouraging a conscious future officer to choose a specialty for further work in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The preliminary task is in the attached text document. The essence is to develop the design of a Landing page in desktop/mobile versions for further layout and publication.
Who are the users your product is aimed at?
The main category is future cadets from among the civilian youth and contract service personnel of the private and sergeant ranks.
What criteria will you use to evaluate a successful result?
In our military team, there are no highly qualified designers and marketers, so we will not be able to properly assess the designer's work. We will rely on internal emotional feedback, the speed of prototype development, and the incorporation of changes if necessary. It doesn't have to be perfect; it just needs to look interesting, evoke emotions, and encourage the future officer to fill out the questionnaire.

Landing page - Introductory page of the instituteI understand that the proposed job had a minimal budget, however, if we agreed to perform it under certain conditions, the work should be completed, and it was discussed that an ideal professional result was not required. The request to the performer for notification about the work results or questions regarding the terms of reference was ignored, and throughout the entire duration of the work, there was no communication from the freelancer.
As far as I understand, in 6 days the performer has not even started working, and they are not responding after the deadline.
