112 USD We are looking for a performer for a landscape project for a site - a complex of several vacation cottages on an area of 50 acres. The goal of the project is "simple, but high quality and effective."
In accordance with the existing master plan of the territory (in the attachment), it is necessary to develop:
- A layout drawing (based on the geological report, it is necessary to think about how to improve the existing soil), a path plan, the location of flower beds and lawns.
- A dendrological plan (suggest a range of plants in terms of price/quality/compliance with climatic and geological conditions) + a planting scheme. The use of elite crops, planting grass over the entire free area - is not provided.
- An irrigation network plan
- An external lighting network plan for the territory.
- Analyze the profile of the site and propose a stormwater drainage network
- Visualizations are not required.
