Разработан телеграм бот для обменника валют. Если вкратце: нужно реализовать 2 функции:
1. Фиксация статистики по пользователям, которые в боте не зарегистрированы, например, по id или никнейму тг
2. Сохранение статистики пользователя по кликам на курс валют добавить статистику по адресам
