We are looking for an experienced specialist in B2B lead generation to launch and automate the entire process — from finding contacts to passing interested leads to the manager.
📌 Project:
Scope: offline/online B2B sales
Market: USA
Work format: remote
Employment format: full-time (preferably), part-time considered
Number of projects: gradual automation of several directions (step by step)
🛠️ Main tasks:
Finding and validating decision-maker contacts (Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
Building and launching email and LinkedIn campaigns (5–7 messages)
Managing CRM (HubSpot): tracking leads, statuses, tasks
Processing responses, nurturing in the funnel
Passing interested leads (MQL) to the manager for further contact
Weekly reporting: responses, conversion, CPL
✅ Requirements:
📌 Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation
Preferably: experience with the US market or technical/construction niches
Ability to launch the process “from scratch,” not just support an existing funnel
📌 Portfolio:
Links to cases or brief descriptions of projects: niches, channels, results
Preferably: examples of emails or LinkedIn sequences you created
📌 Technical skills:
- Experience working with CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Knowledge of tools: Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov.io, Hunter, Lemlist / Instantly
- Basic understanding of email validation, tracking, automation (Zapier/Make)
📌 Soft Skills:
- Self-reliance, initiative
- Analytical thinking, critical approach to hypotheses
- Willingness to synchronize with the team
